Meet and Run
What is 'Meet and Run'?
Are you tired of running alone and always the same route? 'Meet and Run' brings runners from the area of Barcelona together. Everybody, from local runner over business traveller to tourists, is welcome and can join us on our run.
How does 'Meet and Run' works?
We organize the meeting point and the route for every run and publish the information here online. That means, that we do not run always the same route from the same starting point. When we have your E-mail address, you will get the information by mail.
What can I expect for my personal Fitness Training?
With 'Meet and Run', we would like bring more fun and some changes in your running and fitness training. Improving your running skills and meeting new people in one way. We want to bring you on a higher level of running by giving you new training stimulations with different exercises. That means, depending on the group, we will rotate a fitness programm from meet to meet to improve your duration, coordination, strength and speed.
What have I to do to join 'Meet and Run'?

Write down your full name into the mail and into the header 'Meet and Run' plus the date of your participation. We will start every 'Meet and Run' day with a mininmum of 2 Runner. Please have a look on the website if the 'Meet and Run' will be held on sunday morning! Please feel free to bring some friends with you.
What kind of Equipment should I bring with me?
You only need your running equipment and of course a smile on your face. When the weather circumstances it requires, you should use sun protection and bring something to drink (isotonic drink) with you.
How long will the run/training take?
The 'Meet and Run' will be about 1 hour. Always depending on the training programm, goals, weather and the fitness of the participants that day. You can end the training at anytime.
How much will it cost?
You have to pay an attendance fee of 3,- Euros for each 'Meet and Run' day.
